Zhejiang HONTEX has introduced a Siemens knife coating production line from Europe, specializing in manufacturing high-quality PVC knife-coated architectural membrane materials. The factory is now officially operational.
The products utilize a unique biaxial pre-stressing technology to improve the mechanical properties of the membrane material and control warp and weft elongation.
Product types include Type 1: 3000N, Type 2: 4000N, Type 3: 5000N, Type 4: 7500N, Type 5: 10000N, etc.
Surface treatments include Titanium Dioxide, Acrylic, PVDF. Colored products can be customized by our company.
