Based on various domestic and international standards, comprehensive tests are conducted on the strength performance of products to examine their basic strength and weldability by HF or hot air as well as customized FR performance.

Bidirectional prestressed biaxial test
Bidirectional prestress biaxial testing machines can better evaluate and collect data on the strength and elongation in both the warp and weft directions, while also recording the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the membrane material in each direction. Through data analysis, the mechanical properties of the product can be fully understood and utilized, providing more accurate data for designing and cutting.

Low-temperature resistance test
Low-temperature resistance testing (extreme cold resistance testing) is a low-temperature folding test conducted based on the weather conditions in which the product will ultimately be used. Generally, it is conducted at temperatures of -20°C or -30°(, and in some cases even lower temperatures such as -40°C or even -55° C are required for cold resistance testing. The purpose of low-temperature resistance testing is to assess the weather resistance of the membrane material in extremely cold weather, evaluating the low-temperature folding pertormance.

Aging resistance test
O-SUN(XENON full spectrum)simulations of outdoor aging to rigorously track and evaluate long-term strength. Through QUV (for UVA 340 nanometers or UVB 310 nanometers wavelength) and Q-SUN (XENON full spectrum) simulations of outdoor aging,long-term strength is rigorously tracked and evaluated, providing important design basis for the long term strength of HONTEX products.
